Refund Policy

Threat Reports are generated immediately upon payment. Because the report is delivered digitally at the moment of purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not granted due to dissatisfaction with data accuracy or report contents.

If a technical failure prevents your report from generating, contact support@ip2geo.org within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Threat Reports are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Dispute Policy

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact support@ip2geo.org before filing a dispute with your payment provider. Legitimate issues are resolved promptly.

Limitation of Liability

ip2geo.org and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any data or report provided by this service.
